FAQ
Q1 If the earbuds can’t connect with your phone, try the following steps:
\1. Please turn off the Bluetooth devices, make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode.
\2. Clear the pairing history of the earbuds and your phone. Turn off the Bluetooth then turn on and try again.
\3. Bluetooth signal strength can be weakened and blocked by surrounding objects which will affect the audio quality. If there are no obstacles between the earbuds and your phone, the connection stability will be better.
\4. Stay away from other Bluetooth devices, microwave ovens, wireless routers, and other electronic devices.
Q2 If the earbuds only have sound on one side, try the following steps:
\1. Turn off bluetooth and delete the Bluetooth connection history.
\2. Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
\3. Take out the earphones.
\4. Press and hold the earphones for 5 seconds until the earphones turn off. Continue pressing and holding until the earphones flash quickly for 3 seconds to allow the earbuds to pair automatically again
\5. Observe the flashing light until one side flashes, which means the Left & Right earbuds have paired successfully.
\6. Turn on the Bluetooth on the phone.
\7. Connect the Bluetooth.
Q3 If the charging case can’t be charged, try the following steps:
\1. Do not use quick charger or GaN charger.
\2. If you still cannot charge after changing to a normal charger, try changing to a normal charging cable.
Q4 Why the case can’t charge the earbuds, or the earbuds won’t power off after putting back in case?
\1. Please check if the charging box has power. If the charging box has no power, please charge the charging box.
\2. Please make sure you didn’t put the right & left earbuds in the opposite place, and the magnet contacts well.
\3. If there is a non-conductive sticker on the metal contact of the earphone, please make sure to remove it before charging.
\4. Make sure that the magnet contacts on the earbuds contact tightly with the magnet contacts on the charging box.
Q5 Why the voice is low?
\1. Please make sure you have tuned your phone volume to proper level and the earbuds fit well into your ear.
